About the Conference

The conference is held as part of the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Decade of Science and Technology in Russia.

Researchers, teachers, graduate students and students of research institutes, higher educational institutions, as well as representatives of state authorities and local governments, relevant ministries and departments, business structures and public organizations interested in the development of scientific research and the practical implementation of its results are invited to participate in the conference.

Conference's objectives:
- presentation of the results of fundamental and applied scientific research in the field of studying aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems in Russia and abroad;
- discussion of prospects for the rational use and protection of biological resources;
- improving the professional qualifications of young specialists working in scientific and educational institutions.

Form of the conference: a hybrid full-time and distance mode.

Forms of reports: oral (plenary and sectional) and posters.

Working languages: Russian, English.

After the conference, a collection of conference materials will be published, and an ISBN code will be assigned to it. The electronic collection will be available on the conference website and in the open access repository of the Federal Research Center IBSS: https://repository.marine-research.ru. Additionally, it will be included in the national bibliographic database of scientific citations RSCI.

Participation fee

Participation in the conference requires the conclusion of a contract to pay an organizational contribution, which can be downloaded from the personal account of the conference participant. For legal entities, the contract form will be sent by e-mail to the Conference Organization Committee (conf@ibss-ras.ru).

In case of multiple co-authors per report, the participation fee is paid for each participant separately. All the co-authors who will participate in person are kindly requested to register on the conference website to receive the contract and the payment invoice.

Invoice includes conference organization costs, information and postal services, consumables, participant materials, coffee breaks.

Please note that travel, accommodation and meals expenses, as well as hotel reservations, are paid by the conference participants themselves. Participation in the additional program (banquet, excursions) is charged separately at the registration.
